Prior to Covid, organizations were steadily progressing their data & analytics capabilities, however the last 2 years have witnessed major disruptions to their strategies, where the focus shifted to saving lives & managing uncertainty while fighting revenue declines. The situation is not over and within this short span, we have seen multiple factors besides Covid contributing to business disruptions.

In such uncharted waters, access to data and new insights has become an important navigation tool. Some organizations immediately adapted to implementing data & analytics capabilities that took days or weeks rather than months/years and leaders who apply the lessons learnt structurally will be in a better position to deal with the lingering uncertainties both in short & long term.

 In this session, the focus will be on these lessons learnt while focusing on how to deal with these uncertainties in a cost effective manner.
