Shifting Left - Moving Security Into the Application Development Teams

Shifting Left means starting earlier. The earlier we start thinking about security in the design and development process the better our results. Some of the key things we will discuss include embedding security minded staff into the development teams, teaching engineers security basics, running internal security hackathons to promote security thinking and using bug bounty programs.
