IoT, 5G & Ethical usage of data for Smart Government

5G technology is the pillar for Smart Cities. Municipal Government will need to invest in human and social capital, as well as infrastructure in order to promote sustainable economic development and maintain a high quality of life. Along with IoT,(sensors, cameras, scanners, smart tvs, watches, toys etc?) this technology has the capacity to generate a massive amount of data. How will this data be captured, stored and analysed ?
