A New Model of Trust for a Zero Trust Online World

The 2018 Global State of Online Digital Trust, developed by Frost and Sullivan and commissioned by CA Technologies - This new research study was conducted during the Facebook/Cambridge Analytica scandal in March and April of this year. The purpose of the study was to understand the true state of digital trust, is it improving, declining, and how is digital trust and the importance of it viewed by the different critical groups involved in the process - consumers, cybersecurity professionals and business decision from 10 different countries. 

During this presentation, cybersecurity expert David Duncan will share the results of the new study "The Global State of Online Digital Trust Index" conducted by CA and Frost & Sullivan in 2018, including:
