With the pandemic, most companies rushed to figure out how to support remote workforce as we adopted a 100% remote posture in reaction to the pandemic. We adopted a 100% Video Conferencing, implemented remote onboarding, and struggled to find new ways of collaborating to name just a few. 

Now with the promise of vaccines rolling out and the ability to return back to the office near, we face a new set of challenges including how do we return to the office safely, meet the demands of our employees for flexibility in how they work going forward, and enable collaboration in a hybrid world when your staff is a mix of both remote and in person. 

This will be an interactive session where we will cover some of the technical and cultural challenges related to returning to the office and different ways companies are taking to overcome them
