Business Design: how to design and experiment new business models while putting AI at the core

Keynote Presentation - 9:30 am - 10:00 am

In 1995 Clay Christensen introduced one of the most influential ideas in business: disruptive innovation. He famously asked why great companies fail when they're doing everything right. Great companies are also disrupted by innovations that don't necessarily involve new technologies; it can be a cheap, low-performance product; or a price-sensitive target or a new business model. Such companies are so intent on winning the category as it's currently defined that they fail to identify cracks in its foundation.

Join me for a session in which we will see the key role of experimenting new business models and get inspired from couple of lessons learnt of successful companies that have adopted a business transformation framework that works in practice and not only in theory. Cultural change innovators outmanoeuvre the rest because they look for opportunities to blow up the dominant ideology in favour of a new business model. So for companies to innovate and change, they'll need to adopt a new mantra: ?Think like a change entrepreneur.?
