The advent of SaaS products has provided opportunity for companies to house small IT departments and still provide a wide array of services and support. At Phathom, our current IT department consists of 1 person, the Head of IT, to support a growing late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Most software, hardware, and other IT functions are handled by outsourced functions. Elisabeth will discuss how to arrange SaaS and Managed IT providers to handle most technology needs.
