2020 Focus: The People

Successful IT executives focus on the people. Leaders need to read shifts in environmental context including organizational strategy, external driving factors and new opportunities to deliver value to end users. It's important for IT executives to partner with others both within and outside of the organization to aid with the shift in workforce dynamics, emerging technologies and urgent needs of the user base.
