David Fayon (@fayon), co-writer of Transformation digitale 2.0 (https://tinyurl.com/digit20) will introduce the six levers of disruption (strategy, organization, people, offer, technology and innovation, environment) of DIMM (Digital Internet Maturity Model). Some examples both of success and failures in digital transformation will be analyzed. At last, several use cases of DIMM use will be described.
