In this talk, we will discuss lessons learned following the 9/11 attacks and how they apply in this new age of cybersecurity. Limited security assets must be deployed productively by utilizing state-of-the-art threat intelligence. Silos must be abandoned in favor of cross-teaming, where all skills are brought to bear. Finally, companies need to manage their risks responsibly utilizing a risk-based analysis addressing both general and specific threats to corporate systems.
