The vision "IT as business enabler" aims at the desired future IT position and provides the basis to transform into a lean IT and high-performance organization.

Another approach to build bridges between IT and business is the establishment of a separate unit for IT integration and business consulting which connects the several corporate divisions and creates synergy effects.
