In this session we will take a deeper look at the importance of reframing the blame. We will accept the sins of the past, wipe away the FUD (fear, uncertainty and doubt), shine light on dark patterns and break the cycle by shifting the focus to where it can make a difference.
Although the journey ahead is winding and steep, we can benefit from some well trodden paths in addition to the ones our industry must forge on its own.
