The labour work pool of talented technology people has become extremely competitive. Similar to using the User Experience approach in application design, CIO's are increasingly focusing on an Employee Experience concept to attract and retain top talent. It is up to the senior management to change its working environment to ensure that employees are engaged and productive to meet organizational goals.
